UME Builders Sdn Bhd
UME Builders Sdn Bhd (“UME”) was incorporated on 23 May 2001 as building contractors supply of labours for the Malaysian property market.
Due to slowing down in property industry, from 2015 onwards UME reinvent itself and ventured in construction services I.E pipe jacking and provision of infrastructure works by registering with construction industry development board (CIDB) for licensing under Gred 5.
With the support of our clients’, from 2016 to 2018, UME upgraded its’ CIDB License from Gred 5 to Gred 7. This is to be incline with the needs of our clients as well as to prepare itself for the coming construction boom.
UME is wholly owned by Malaysian and helmed by Mr Kong Kok Wai (“Mr Kong”) with 70% shares and Mr Loh Kok Hoong (“Mr Loh”) having 30%.
