Mr Chua Teck Liang

Mr Chua graduated from the University Tunku Abdul Rahman in year 2013. He started his career as structure engineer with SMHB Sdn Bhd. He contributed to the design and implementation of major Klang Valley water projects such as Muda River Water Scheme Phase 4A, Projek Air Mentah Rapid (PAMER), KVMRT Line 1, Ekve and Langat 2 water treatment plant. In 2016, Chua joined a construction company where he managed the micro- tunneling and trenchless works for two government projects.

In 2017, Chua joined UME to assist in managing and strengthening its projects’ safety compliance and implementation. He was also responsible to ensure projects delivery are met without compromising on quality and safety.
